If you need to return an order placed before Monday, 4th of July, please request a return within 14 days by following the simple steps below:
- Access the “Return Authorisation” section, found here.
- (EU countries) Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order. Place it inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned.
I've lost the Return Proforma Invoice. How can I get a new one? - (non-EU countries) Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order.
I've lost the Return Proforma Invoice. How can I get a new one? - Make 4 copies so that you have 5 invoices in total. Place one inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned. Give the other 4 to the courier when they pick up the return as they are required for customs clearance.
I've lost the Return Proforma Invoice. How can I get a new one? - Attach the returns label to the outside of the package. It will have been sent together with your order.
I have lost the return label. How can I obtain another copy? - Contact the courier within 15 days of creating the RAN to book the package collection, consulting the details in the “How to book a return” section.
If you need to return an order placed on or after Monday, 4th of July, please request a return within 14 days by following the simple steps below:
- Request a Return via our Returns portal link: https://returns.bleckmann.com/?Customer=CLARKS
- You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. 612345678) and email address associated with your order (make sure there are no spaces or extra symbols in your details entered).
- Select the item(s) that you would like to return & the returns reason.
- Once confirmed you will receive a return number with links to your return label with our returns address that you will need to print off.
- Send your items back to us via the returns label and carrier you selected. (Non-EU countries please include your packing slip in your return)
- Contact the courier within 15 days after requesting the Return to book the package collection
Once your return has arrived back at Clarks, we will issue your refund.
